Elsa Semedli

Head of the Higher Education Department of the State Agency for Science and Higher Education under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Head (head) of the Executive Committee of SABAH under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor at the Faculty of Humanities, Pedagogy and Social Sciences, Hazara University since 2008. Elsa Semedli graduated from the Bachelor’s Program in Turkic Language and Literature at Erciyes University, received her degree from the School of Education at Erciyes University, as well as her Master’s degree in Social Sciences from Erciyes University, and holds a doctorate in Comparative Grammar of Turkic Dialects from Seljuk University.
